Cliniserve's automated computer system (COPS) is one of the most advanced and unique software packages in the industry, allowing changes to be made to client scheduling and requests within seconds.
Collections can be booked in advance and are never forgotten or missed by using our Cliniserve Operating System. Collections undertaken record service time, amounts collected, next scheduled collection dates and this information can be held indefinitely ensuring that queries can be dealt with immediately. Its effectiveness in providing information at the touch of a button has speeded up what used to be a protracted process for waste collection companies working on paper based systems.
Cliniserve has also made advancements in technology by becoming one of the first waste collection companies to utilise PDA technology in undertaking its collections, to alleviate the need for endless reams of paperwork. Our drivers are equipped with hand held terminals that allow instant changes or additions to be made to routes, which are updated automatically to the drivers. Customers merely sign the screen on the PDA, which then generates an emailed or faxed receipt within our COPS system. The information is then automatically transferred back to our server which updates the system recording instantly the collection that has taken place. This provides instant tracking and auditing of all services undertaken.
